Advertising and Sponsorship
West Yorkshire Scout Gang Show is a highly successful event involving over 100 cast members supported by a large volunteer crew. Normally every three years, the show has been brought forward by popular demand and is expected to play to a packed out theatre over 3 days.
In order to produce this show with such a large cast, and provide the young people and adults with the experience and training they receive, we need to source materials and financial support beyond the funds that can be raised at the box office.
This year the show programme, a full colour booklet, will be given away free! This means that 4000 copies will be distributed to our audiences and your company advert could be going into 4000 homes across West Yorkshire.
How can we get involved?
Advertise in our full colour programme
There are a number of spaces through-out the programme to have your advert, and caters for organisations of every size.
The cost of the advertising space within the full colour programme for ranges from only £20 up to £250 for a full page. See the attached sheet for exact dimensions and costs (Any artwork completed by us to digital print ready stage will incur a charge – full colour artwork is required).
Advertise on our website
Our website is primarily used by cast and their families to find out all the information they need for the show. It is also a source of ticket and show. We offer a hyperlink from this website to any advertiser for a flat charge of £35 per annum.
Become a Show Sponsor
If you feel you would like to help further, why not consider becoming a show sponsor? Sponsorship of the show offers far greater opportunity for advertising and the inclusive full page advert for each sponsor will be placed in a preferential position.
Sponsors will receive:- A full colour page in our programme
- A link from our website
- Amention during the show
- A company banner provided by you on display in the Front of House area
- 2 Gala night tickets for the show, which include a sparkling drinks reception, private bar, Yorkshire canapés and much more.
Sponsorship packages cost £500 or the equivalent in goods or services, any of which we need to put the show together. Please contact us for further information on how you can get involved. Sponsors may take further advertising space, cost pro rata as above. There is also a Premier Sponsorship scheme offering even greater exposure.
